You can add items in your shopping cart and pay for them all at once. You can also choose checkout, or Continue Shopping.

1. When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications such as size and color. You can also find more detailed information, such as sizing tables, if you scroll down the product detail page.

2. Sometime we also offer coupons. You can find them in the products categories list.

3. When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “checkout” and continue to the checkout, or you can add the product to your cart first and continue shopping.

4. If you want buy all the items in your cart, simply click “checkout” to place your order.

Note: once the order has been paid, you are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can contact us to updates asap.

If you’re having trouble placing an order, check if you’re experiencing one of the following difficulties:

1. Incorrect Country/State/Post Code. Make sure you enter the correct information when prompted.

2. Please make sure your information only contains English characters.

Set your shipping address on the Shipping address page in Address Book. You can add multiple addresses on this page and select the preferred destination each time you place an order.

When you place your order, you can use your coupon or get a discount. Here’s how:

1. Make sure you know when you can use the coupon, or coupons are valid.

2. Is your coupon still valid? If the coupon has already expired or isn’t active yet, you can’t use it on your order.

LeveL8Plaza will only dispatched items when full payment is received. Payment generally takes 2-3 days to process. In some exceptional cases, it could take up to 5 days or more.

About Delivery

Most of the orders will generally be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received. When your order is shipped out, you will be notified via email with the carrier's details and a consignment note for your delivery status.

Delivery cost varies according to the product and destination. It will be stated on cart list or checkout page. select region / state and put in your postcode, it will show you the delivery fee.

We currently use UPS, FedEx, USPS, TNT, Australia Post etc.

Carrier's details and tracking number will be sent to your email after order is dispatched. Simply go to the carrier's website and put in your tracking number, your delivery status will be shown.

All items are generally dispatched the very next day after full payment is confirmed. Depending on your destination, delivery will normally take less than 10 working days. If you do not receive your item within 10 days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service staff.

You are suggested to track your items from our carrier first. If it cannot be solved, please contact our customer service staff.

Warranty & Returns

All products purchased from LeveL8Plaza.com include warranty. Most of the products are generally offered with 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.

This is a fast and convenient option for you, and may prevent the need for you to send back the item for a physical inspection.

It generally takes up to 2 working days to process refunds, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

If an item needs to be returned due to it being damaged, faulty or for a warranty claim, please contact us first as we may have alternatives. Should we decide it needs to be returned, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.

Even if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first, as we can arrange return of the item, with the return postage cost deducted from your refund.

If you change of mind within 30 days, you can return the item if the item still has original packaging and is not damaged. You will be refunded the total cost MINUS the initial and return postage charges, even if you receive free delivery in the first place.

Unfortunately, warranty is non-transferrable. However, if you are our reseller, warranty will be provided to your customers.

All items are provided with a 12-month warranty according to the law. However, some products are given extended warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty period will be stated in the listing.
